This course provides a comprehensive study of the governmental structure, ministerial offices, and auxiliaries of the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith (COOLJC). Students will explore the biblical foundations, historical development, and functional responsibilities of each governing body — from the Apostles’ Board to the Presbyters, District Elders, Pastors, Deacons, and the full range of International Auxiliaries.

The course equips ministers, leaders, and workers to understand how the Visible Church is structured to reflect the Invisible Church, following the teachings of the Apostles and the doctrinal architecture established by Bishop R. C. Lawson and Bishop William L. Bonner.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

By the end of this course, students will be able to:

• Explain the biblical basis for Apostolic church governance
• Identify and describe the major governing bodies of COOLJC
• Understand the roles, responsibilities, and authority of each office
• Describe the purpose and function of each auxiliary and department
• Apply governance principles to local church administration
• Understand how the Invisible Church informs the structure of the Visible Church
• Work effectively within the COOLJC system as a minister, worker, or auxiliary leader
